A heat press is HIGHLY recommended for images to adhere to clothing.

Cricut press is a good second option with high pressure.

Iron's work but not preferred.

Use parchmeparchment paper over your DTF transfer to ensure you protect your design. Use Medium to Heavy Heat Pressure on your transfer at 300 degrees for 30 seconds.

DO NOT HOT PEEL. Your transfer must sit and cool for 30 seconds before peeling to ensure permanent glue fully sticks.

After peeling, repeat press again WITH A COVER SHEET. Press for another 15 seconds and you're DONE!

DTF Transfers:

• DTF Transfer orders are processed within 1-3 business days for quantities of 1-10 images.
• DTF Transfer orders are processed within 3-5 business days for quantities of 11-25 images.
• DTF Transfer orders are processed within 5-10 business days for quantities of 26-40 images.
• DTF Transfer orders are processed within 10-20 business days for quantities of 41+ images.

Standard shipping will take 3-5 business days. (Once the tracking number is created and item is received by UPS or USPS, the responsibility of delivery is on the shipping service provider.)

Express shipping will take 2-3 business days. (Once the tracking number is created and item is received by UPS or USPS, the responsibility of delivery is on the shipping service provider.)

Overnight Air shipping will take 1-Day. (Once the tracking number is created and item is received by UPS or USPS, the responsibility of delivery is on the shipping service provider.)

There are NO REFUNDS FOR LOW-QUALITY IMAGES. WE PRINT WHAT YOU UPLOAD.

Customers have 3 days to report damages after receiving your item to request a return, or replacement. Customers have a 14-day return period to return the damage item back to us to be eligible for return, or replacement.

To be eligible for a return or replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused. We will not accept a return, or process a replacement if your image has been pressed onto a substrate.

Please note that the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend using a shipping method with tracking and insurance. Once we receive the returned DTF transfers, we will inspect them to ensure they are in their original condition and issue a refund or exchange within 7 business days.

Please be aware that returns will not be accepted after the 14-day return period has expired, and DTF transfers that have been used or damaged may not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Additionally, custom-made or special-order DTF transfers may not be eligible for a return or exchange.
