Refund and Returns Policy

There are NO REFUNDS FOR LOW-QUALITY IMAGES. WE PRINT WHAT YOU UPLOAD.

Customers have 3 days to report damages after receiving your item to request a return, or replacement. Customers have a 14-day return period to return the damage item back to us to be eligible for return, or replacement.

To be eligible for a return or replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused. We will not accept a return, or process a replacement if your image has been pressed onto a substrate.

Please note that the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend using a shipping method with tracking and insurance. Once we receive the returned DTF transfers, we will inspect them to ensure they are in their original condition and issue a refund or exchange within 7 business days.

Please be aware that returns will not be accepted after the 14-day return period has expired, and DTF transfers that have been used or damaged may not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Additionally, custom-made or special-order DTF transfers may not be eligible for a return or exchange.
